One Acadiana, the Acadiana Society of Human Resource Managers (ASHRM), and regional partners welcome you to the Bridging the Talent Gap Survey! This survey will be used to identify and address local skill shortages and opportunities for education partnerships. Your responses to this survey will provide valuable feedback and will help guide community-wide strategies for creating a work-ready Acadiana. The information that you provide will remain confidential and will be aggregated and anonymized for public release. We ask that you complete this survey by Tuesday, March 10, 2020.

Intended Audience: The survey should be completed by Human Resource Directors or other leaders with knowledge of the organization’s workforce needs.

All responses to the survey will be kept confidential. Findings will be shared in aggregate by industry and will be shared at a community event in mid-2020. A report will be made accessible to all participants.

The survey will take 20 – 30 minutes to complete. If you want to complete part of the survey and continue the remainder later, use the “Resume later” button at the top of any survey page. The survey may be completed on mobile devices but is easier to complete on a computer.

HR Professionals – If you are affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), you may be eligible for a re-certification credit upon completion of this survey. Upon successful completion, participants may self-report this activity on their recertification application.  For SHRM PDC’s, this will be submitted under the Advance Your Profession/Volunteering category.  For HRCI, this will be submitted under the Professional Achievement/Leadership category.  Participants should keep a copy of the confirmation email for auditing purposes.  A pre-approval code will not be provided.

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please contact Anna Osland at anna@oneacadiana.org or Zach Zimmerman at zach@graduate-network.org.

Your participation is greatly appreciated!
