The Colorado Workforce Development Council invites partners of the TalentFOUND network to complete the Bridging the Talent Gap Survey. This survey will be used to identify and address local skill shortages, and your feedback will help guide strategies moving forward.
The primary audience for this 15-minute survey is human resource directors or individuals responsible for recruiting talent. Depending on your organization, it may be appropriate for other or additional leaders, with knowledge of your organization’s workforce needs, to take this survey.
Your responses to the survey will be kept strictly confidential. No identifiable information will be reported or shared with your employer or anyone outside the Graduate! Network research team.
