Albuquerque Employee Survey

Welcome to the launch of Bridging the Talent Gap Survey. This will help leaders and policy makers better understand the educational background of employees, the interest of employees in completing post-secondary degrees or credentials, and how as a community we can promote educational attainment in the metro Albuquerque area.

On behalf of Mission: Graduate, an initiative of United Way of Central New Mexico, and our partners – the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, HRMA of New Mexico, SHRM New Mexico, Workforce Connection Central Region, the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions, CNM, Innovate+Educate, and the New Mexico Retail Association – we would like to thank you for participating.  Mission: Graduate is part of a national network of organizations, known at The Graduate! Network, which is devoted to seeing more adults complete a college degree or other post-secondary credential.

The survey should take about 10 to 20 minutes to complete. If you get interrupted, no problem!  You will be able to return to the place where you left off by utilizing the “Resume Later” function located at the top of each page of the survey.

NOTE:  Your responses to this survey will be kept strictly confidential.  Responses from all participants will be combined, analyzed, and the findings reported only in their aggregate form.

We ask that all surveys be completed by Thursday, October 19. We greatly appreciate your time and effort.

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please contact Megan Dunn Davison at megan.dunndavison@uwcnm.org or Zach Zimmerman at zach.zimmerman@graduate-network.org.
