ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The United Way’s Mission: Graduate initiative is asking employers and their employees to help with a survey intended to provide information about needs and gaps in the local workforce.

The surveys can be found on-line here and will be available through Oct. 19.

Mission: Graduate is partnering with Bridging the Talent Gap on the survey, according to a news release from the United Way of Central New Mexico.

“The data these surveys provide will allow our community to discuss with employers and educators the best path forward toward filling those needs and closing those gaps,” Angelo Gonzales, the United Way’s chief strategy officer, said in the release.
